Fiber Cement Siding
Unicrete is also a supplier and pre-coater of non-combustible, Fiber-Cement siding, available in a variety of finishes. Any color is possible, and the siding carries a 50 year warranty, with a 15 year warranty on paint (optional 25 years with 2 coats.)

XTILE
XTILE is an extruded concrete wall tile. The patent pending shape is such, that when it is installed on an exterior wall, it provides a 10mm airspace between the tile and the supporting structure. This airspace is continuous vertically by way of air channels to allow for draining any potentially trapped moisture as well as for venting and drying of condensation.
The point of contact from the tile to the wall is at an absolute minimum, thanks to the back taper of the upper screw hole flange. This design element ensures that virtually no moisture can be trapped behind the tile.
This XTILE system is a highly sophisticated system yet it is in a price group of materials that have been traditionally the lowest priced, suitable as exterior cladding products, i.e. stucco and vinyl siding upgrades.
The XTILE is produced in an extrusion process and the maintenance free life expectancy will be for decades to come.
