Concrete Roof Tiles

As an added bonus, the double roof rain screen system keeps your building much cooler. With several profiles, many standard colors, and customized options available, there is always the right Unicrete roof tile to add elegance and value to your building.

"Estate" tiles have the classic tile roof look, sometimes referred to as terracotta or spanish tile: this profile adds texture and variety.

"Slate" tiles have a clean, flat line: the look of slate without the cost.

"Split Shake" tiles have a flat profile with a wood-like texture, without the drawbacks of real wood which quickly deteriorates and is vulnerable where fire is a concern.

"Lightweight Tile" is designed for re-roofing applications and come in six standard colors. Generally, no truss upgrading is required.

Fibre Cement Siding

Unicrete is also a supplier and pre-coater of non-combustible, CertainTeed Fibre-Cement siding, available in a variety of finishes. Any color is possible, and the siding carries a 50 year warranty, with a 15 year warranty on paint (optional 25 years with 2 coats.)
