WARRANTY

Because of the high quality and durability of our concrete roof tiles, Unicrete offers a true "peace of mind" warranty - unheard of in the roofing industry. We offer a 50 year completely transferable, NON pro-rated materials warranty. Check other roofing products and "compare their warranties". You will find they are either completely or substantially non-transferable. We don't find our customers usually take their roofs with them when they move (although they would like to!) so we feel the warranty should stay with the house for the entire period.

You will also discover that most other roofing products carry "pro-rated" warranties. These warranties have diminishing value so that they are almost worthless by the time you are likely to need them the most.
